Each event is a unique narrative expressed through mood, tone, texture, and taste. We don’t want stylists. We want culinary disruptors who can craft emotion, meaning, and memory through food.

You’ll be a steady hand in high-pressure moments, a confident communicator, and a passionate ambassador for our food and beverage offering.

- Host tastings and site visits, managing client expectations with clarity and creativity.
- Collaborate with chefs, kitchen, and beverage teams to tailor menus and service to each event.
- Client Relationship Management
- Build trust and rapport with clients, offering expert guidance while delivering their vision.
- Handle last-minute changes or requests with professionalism and grace.
- Conduct post-event debriefs, gathering feedback and identifying opportunities for improvement.
- On-the-Day Event Management
- Run events across multiple venues, ensuring seamless guest experience, from arrival to last plate cleared.
- Lead and inspire on-site teams, keeping everyone focused, informed, and motivated.
- Remain calm under pressure, using sound judgement and a proactive mindset to resolve challenges swiftly.
- Champion service standards and ensure every dish and drink is delivered with excellence.
- Catering & Operational Delivery
- Coordinate with back-of-house teams to manage catering logistics, equipment, and dietary requirements.
- Ensure accurate stock control, equipment movement, and event readiness at all times.
- Maintain full compliance with health & safety and licensing regulations across all locations.
- Team Collaboration & Financials
- Work closely with the Senior Event Manager and Director of Operations to support team workflow.
- Manage event budgets responsibly, ensuring profitability while delivering an exceptional experience.
- Complete administrative duties accurately, including invoices, reports, and system updates.
What you’ll need to have:
- At least 2 years’ experience in event operations or catering-focused event management.
- Strong logistical and planning skills, with a solutions-first approach to challenges.
- A calm, composed presence in high-pressure environments, your cool head sets the tone.
- Excellent leadership and communication skills to manage teams and build client confidence.
- Genuine passion for food and beverage, you understand the importance of flavour, service, and presentation.
- Strong knowledge of event health & safety and best practices.
- Able to work evenings, weekends, and flexible hours in line with event schedules.
