Training Consultant Job Description We are seeking a Training Consultant to join our team. The role involves: Identifying and targeting potential individuals for the training academy\’s programs. Building and maintaining a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, and networking. Conducting thorough research on potential students to understand their training and development needs. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with learners for repeat business or referrals. Presenting and demonstrating the training programs, showcasing their benefits tailored to individual needs. Negotiating pricing, terms, and contracts, and closing sales successfully. Collaborating with Operations to ensure program quality and student satisfaction. Meeting and exceeding sales targets, revenue goals, and performance metrics. Providing post-sales support and fostering ongoing customer relationships. Handling class coordination and student queries. Requirements Bachelor\’s degree in business, marketing, education, or related field. 1-3 years proven experience in sales, preferably in training and education. Knowledge of training programs and their organizational impact. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong negotiation and presentation skills. Self-motivated and goal-oriented, able to work independently. Proficiency with CRM software. Willingness to travel for client meetings and events. Understanding of BO\’s programs and alignment with student needs. Ability to quickly learn and adapt to new training offerings. Benefits Why Join Us?
