Pay Rate: Our Shift Leader rate starts from £14.76/hour, increasing to £15.97 inside the M25. Additional location-based payments may apply.

We guarantee a minimum of 16 hours per week, with options for fewer hours (minimum 12). We are flexible with scheduling and support work-life balance.

As a Shift Leader, you will:

• Work in a dynamic retail environment
• Manage duty shifts, ensuring a clean, stocked store that exceeds customer expectations
• Engage with customers to enhance their shopping experience
• Coach colleagues and provide feedback to improve service
• Support store safety and operational standards
• Monitor store performance and assist in implementing improvements
