Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced securitisation lawyer, ideally with asset-backed lending experience. The role involves working on the structuring and execution of European warehouse lending transactions and private securitisations across ABS (consumer; auto receivables) and residential (portfolio acquisitions; bridging loans; single-family rental assets) business lines. This client-facing role will involve working with originators and syndication teams to structure and execute transactions from initial underwriting to exit of the risk position.

Key responsibilities include:

• Advising on transaction structures considering legal, regulatory, tax, and other constraints.
• Liaising with outside counsel to prepare transaction documentation.
• Assisting in the execution of structured finance lending transactions.

Hybrid working is offered; expected start date is June 2025.
