We’re looking for a proactive and detail-driven Business Support Analyst to join a leading Global technology brand. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and has a genuine interest in business operations, process improvement, and delivering results.
What you’ll be doing:
- Acting as the first point of contact for business user queries and system issues, with ownership from intake to resolution
- Coordinating daily operational support across multiple business functions, including sales, finance, and marketing
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot issues, implement quick fixes, and escalate where needed
- Supporting data integrity, user acceptance testing (UAT), and reporting tasks
- Ensuring smooth communication flow and timely updates to stakeholders
What we’re looking for:
- 1–2 years of experience in Hybris (SAP Commerce Cloud) Admin, or IT Support role.
- Strong organisational skills and a structured, methodical approach to problem-solving
- Ability to prioritise effectively and adapt quickly when requirements change
- A natural communicator who’s confident working with both technical teams and business users
- Hands-on experience in operational support or system/process coordination roles
- Exposure to CRM, ERP, or other business systems is a plus
