Clarke Energy is currently recruiting an Office Administrator to join our vibrant team at our Knowsley Headquarters. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of a thriving, global business. In this front-facing role, you will play a vital part in supporting day-to-day operations and ensuring all staff and visitors receive a warm, professional welcome. The role is based Monday to Friday from our Knowsley HQ, with hours between 8:30am to 5pm (37.5hrs per week).
As the first point of contact for many, you’ll help to shape positive experiences across the business while keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and greet visitors, provide site inductions, and issue security passes
- Organise transportation for staff and guests, including taxis and transfers
- Maintain the reception area to a professional standard at all times
- Manage incoming and outgoing post, including franking and distribution
- Receive incoming calls on main company telephone number and redirect to appropriate Clarke Energy staff member
- Format, print, and draft documents for senior leaders when required
- Arrange document signing and couriers for business-critical communications
- Support internal meetings by preparing rooms and arranging refreshments
- Maintain stock levels in meeting rooms, kitchens, and office supply areas
- Take minutes in meetings and distribute action points
- Support diary management for senior management when needed
- Assist in planning company events and staff gatherings
- Collate and communicate weekly whereabouts for office-based employees
