Job Profile

An experienced Liability/Casualty Claims Handler is required to join a long-established Loss Adjusters offering the opportunity for any ambitious Liability Claims Handler/Desk-Adjuster looking for their next step in their career as a Field Adjuster.

• You will start out in the field with a caseload of losses, working alongside experienced Field Adjusters who will support you on site visits and assist with report writing.
• This role offers an exciting opportunity to be part of a growing and vibrant team.
• You will be supported with a career development programme with clear prospects and full support to develop into a fully fledged Field Adjuster.
• This is a remote working role.

Key responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of EL/PL claims (including Injury and Property damage).
• Carrying out site visits within your designated geographical area alongside experienced Field Adjusters.
• Having an EL/PL claims handling background from cradle to grave.
• Interacting effectively with stakeholders including claims staff, policyholders, brokers, and claimants.
• Applying thorough knowledge of current case law, statutes, and regulations.
• Possessing a clean full driving license.
• Having a good working knowledge of MS Word, Outlook, and Excel.
• Being well-organized and capable of influencing others.
• Insurance qualifications are desirable but relevant experience will also be considered.
