Due to continued success, we’re looking for a Trainee Customer Service Administrator / Trainee CSU Operator based at our Northampton Gateway to help us to develop our ambitious plans. This role will be based on a 4on / 4off shift pattern.

Duties & Responsibilities:
- Dealing internally with Maritime staff to manage any issues or problems.
- Dealing externally with our customers, ensuring a high standard of customer service is maintained at all times.
- Must be happy working on a 4on/4off shift pattern.
- An understanding of the transport industry would be preferred but not essential.
- Working as part of a successful team, you will possess excellent communication skills and experience of dealing directly with customers.
- A working knowledge of IT systems and Microsoft Excel is preferred but not essential for this role.
