We prioritize client comfort and confidence. We do our best to match you with the right clients and adjust when things don’t feel right. We provide in-person and online training. Our Client Services Managers are available to help you every step of the way, with staff on call 24/7.

We have cared for seniors and their families for over eighteen years, with opportunities to fit flexible schedules from a few hours a week to full-time with benefits. We serve clients throughout Bennington and Addison Counties.

Care opportunities

• Flexible schedule: short shifts for spare time, long shifts for full-time with balance in between
• Full time: 36+ hours per week, including every other weekend
• Part time: 18–35 hours per week, including 2 weekend days per month
• Per diem: less than 18 hours per week or on call
