We are looking for an experienced Food and Beverage Cost Controller to join our growing Stadia division at Oak View Group.

The Food and Beverage Cost Controller – Group Stadia will be responsible for managing food and beverage costs effectively within the organization. They will work closely with the central support team to monitor inventory levels, analyze costs, and develop strategies for cost reduction. Responsibilities include maintaining accurate records and providing timely financial reports.

They will oversee all purchasing, stock management, logistics, and day-to-day cost control. Additionally, they will manage F&B data, monitor beverage handling, and conduct regular stocktakes and inventory control.

Experience in stadia, arenas, or large venues within the live entertainment industry is highly desirable, as well as knowledge of Adaco.
