With a portfolio of over 1,000 privately-owned AST properties across London, most held by a single family, this is a stable, profitable business with exceptional foundations and a long-standing reputation for quality and consistency.
This is for someone who wants more than a senior title; you’ll have real influence, full autonomy, and the chance to shape something exceptional. If you’re ambitious, entrepreneurial, and have a proven track record of scaling residential property businesses, we want to hear from you.
To be considered, you’ll need to clearly demonstrate the value you bring, commercially, strategically, and operationally. This is a high stakes hire, and we’re looking for someone who can justify the investment and deliver real, measurable growth.
The incoming Chief Executive Officer (CEO) will be a commercial strategist, an innovator, an entrepreneur, and a growth-focused leader who can transform a strong foundation into a market-leading operation. You’ll work directly with the Founder to identify new revenue streams, enhance operational efficiency, and build out the next phase of the business. Whether that’s launching a lettings or sales department, opening new offices, targeting third-party landlords, or future-proofing internal systems, this is an opportunity to lead real change.
What We’re Looking For in a Chief Executive Officer (CEO):
- Proven leadership experience in property management and residential lettings.
- Entrepreneurial mindset, you think like a founder, not a caretaker.
- Commercial acumen, able to identify, justify, and execute strategic growth plans.
- Operational oversight, confident with budgets, systems, performance metrics.
- Strong communication and influencing skills, comfortable working with owners, investors, and internal teams.
- London lettings and management market knowledge and experience scaling a service-led property business.
Your Mandate:
- Lead the business into its next phase of growth.
- Develop and implement new revenue streams.
- Identify opportunities for increased efficiency and margin improvement.
- Modernise brand and operations to attract new clients and third-party landlords.
- Build and develop high-performing internal teams and a strong leadership structure.
- Act as a commercial and strategic partner to the owner.
