We are seeking a reliable and experienced Powered Pallet Truck Operator to join our team. As a PPT Driver, you will be responsible for safely transporting goods from one location to another in the warehouse and production areas.
Duties:
- Safely operate the powered pallet truck between departments
- Work within a team to meet daily production targets
- Accurately and safely load and unload vehicles using PPT with all customer equipment and waste arriving at the site
- Quality control
- Some aspects of manual handling will be involved
- Obtain, sort and move materials and finished stock using the Pallet truck
- Perform general cleaning when required
- Perform routine PPT inspections and maintenance checks
Skills:
- Valid and in date PPT license
- Proven experience as a PPT driver
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with warehouse operations is a plus
