We are currently looking to recruit an experienced Refrigeration / AC Engineer to cover the Midlands area to provide Refrigeration and AC services to a number of commercial sites on behalf of a leading service firm based in Yorkshire. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to join a leading stable company who are continuing to grow.
Candidates must have demonstrable experience working within an Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Service role, with exposure to working within commercial environments. Ideally, candidates will have experience working on Ice Machines, Walk ins, VRVs, Splits and Display Cabinets. Candidates MUST be F-GAS certified.
Company Van and all PPE will be provided. This is a permanent role available for an immediate start. Hours - Monday - Friday 40 hours with all overtime paid at premium rates. Door to door travel. Role is available without standby; however, if you would like to do this, once all Rota of approx. 1 in 6.
Key Responsibilities- Service and maintenance of a range of equipment from Ice Machines to small chillers and VRVs.
- Carrying out service and repair tasks to a high standard (some install works required from time to time).
- Completing SOP tasks.
- Updating service records and timekeeping information in an accurate and timely manner.
- Updating client reporting systems in an accurate and timely manner.
- Candidates must be time served and F-Gas certified – Cat 1.
- Demonstrable experience working in an Air Conditioning / Refrigeration Service role.
- Full UK Driving Licence.
