Ashley Kate are delighted to be supporting a great business as they look to recruit an interim HR Manager, based in the Hull area.
As the HR Manager you will be responsible for ensuring the team delivers a high quality and effective service across the full spectrum of HR, with a focus on Employee Relations.
Key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Work autonomously to support managers with ER casework.
- Monitor staff absence including identifying employees who have hit absence review points.
- Attend monitoring meetings, supporting leaders to have effective conversations.
- Undertake absence related referrals as required.
- Support leaders in implementing organisational changes.
We are looking for:
- Excellent experience managing ER cases from start to finish.
- Proven background working closely with managers, giving advice and guidance on ER related matters.
- Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
- Ideally experience gained within Education or similar.
- Ideally CIPD qualified or working towards.
We are looking for a September start date to support with a maternity leave cover.
