We’re offering an exciting position for a Fleet Coordinator. In this role, you’ll efficiently manage both internal and external data to ensure accurate updates across all systems. As a Fleet Coordinator, your responsibilities include day-to-day administration and service provision for the AA’s vehicle fleet. You’ll assist both internal and external customers while proactively addressing processes and resolving queries.
What will I be doing?
- Vehicle Replacement and Cost Prevention: Liaise with relevant suppliers to ensure timely vehicle replacements and manage vehicle returns to prevent additional costs.
- Timely Vehicle Repairs: Support operational teams by coordinating with suppliers for timely vehicle repairs.
- Purchase Order Management: Handle the Ariba PO process for regular and ad-hoc purchase orders.
- Invoice Reconciliation and Payment Validation: Reconcile and validate all invoices and ensure payments align with supplier terms.
- Support Services and Fleet Administration: Provide support services (e.g., fuel cards) and update fleet systems and perform other necessary admin functions.
- Management Information (MI) Reporting: Generate MI reports for both external suppliers and internal AA departments as needed.
What do I need?
- Fleet and Leasing Experience: Ideally, experience gained from fleet or leasing roles.
- Company Car Management: Experience with managing company cars (desirable).
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Experience working across internal stakeholders and external customers and suppliers.
- Analytical Skills: Excellent numerical skills and the ability to analyse and interpret complex data, translating it into meaningful conclusions.
- Software Proficiency: Good working knowledge of key software solutions, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Project, Visio, Nintex, Microsoft Power Apps, Service Now, and Triaster.
