The Role As an experienced Paraplanner, you will play a key role in supporting financial planners by preparing detailed and compliant reports, conducting research and analysis, and helping to deliver tailored financial planning solutions to clients. You will work closely with advisers and administrators as part of a close-knit, professional team that values integrity, technical excellence, and client care. Key Responsibilities Prepare accurate and compliant suitability reports and financial planning recommendations Conduct research across pensions, investments, tax planning and protection Assist in the development of financial strategies and planning solutions Liaise with financial planners to ensure client objectives are fully understood Keep up to date with industry regulations and changes About You Level 4 Diploma qualified (or working towards completion) Proven experience in a Paraplanning role within a financial planning or wealth management environment Strong technical knowledge across pensions, investments, and tax planning Excellent written communication and analytical skills Highly organised, with strong attention to detail What’s on Offer Basic salary up to £50,000 (depending on experience) Discretionary bonus Excellent company benefits including generous holiday, pension scheme, and private medical cover Hybrid working with flexibility: choose between 3 days in the office and 2 from home, or 2 days in the office and 3 from home Supportive and inclusive company culture with opportunities for professional development This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Paraplanner who is looking to join a reputable and stable firm with a strong team ethos, modern working practices, and genuine opportunities to grow.
