They are seeking an Account Manager, who can:

  • Maintain, develop, and build customer relationships with their pre-existent base - you would be allocated multiple accounts, so this isn’t purely a cold Sales role!
  • Generate new business and develop a customer base
  • Account manage their customers, prioritising engagement and communication
  • Liaise with technical teams and leadership teams to build the best solutions for your clients

Experience

  • Account Management experience, customer relationship experience
  • Experience within Managed Services or Reseller space is ideal, not essential - also considering SaaS or general IT Sales experience
  • They are Dell, Citrix, Veaam and Microsoft Certified, so any exposure to these technologies is very beneficial!
