They are seeking an Account Manager, who can:
- Maintain, develop, and build customer relationships with their pre-existent base - you would be allocated multiple accounts, so this isnβt purely a cold Sales role!
- Generate new business and develop a customer base
- Account manage their customers, prioritising engagement and communication
- Liaise with technical teams and leadership teams to build the best solutions for your clients
Experience
- Account Management experience, customer relationship experience
- Experience within Managed Services or Reseller space is ideal, not essential - also considering SaaS or general IT Sales experience
- They are Dell, Citrix, Veaam and Microsoft Certified, so any exposure to these technologies is very beneficial!
Benefits
- Β£20-30k base DOE; Β£10-15k commission
