We have an exceptional in-house opportunity for a Property Litigation Solicitor with 4-7 years PQE to join an expanding legal department. As a key team member, you will provide legal support and advice to the business, working alongside team members, stakeholders, and management. You will handle a caseload primarily consisting of property litigation matters, managing all stages of disputes from pre-litigation through to trial or hearing advocacy.

To be considered, you should have a solid track record in handling residential Landlord & Tenant litigation (particularly long leasehold properties) and general commercial litigation. Candidates with a property background will be of particular interest.
