You will play a key role in developing strategies for market access and pricing, ensuring effective communication with stakeholders, and managing project timelines. This position offers the opportunity to build and guide a strong team within a dynamic environment. Responsibilities: Lead research projects from start to finish, including understanding client needs and analysing responses. Collaborate with team members to produce accurate reports and analyses. Manage projects, including presentations and meetings with clients. Oversee communication between internal and external teams. Support the development of new technology platforms for payer interaction. Create expert content for proprietary technology products. Expand and manage a global network of stakeholders and advisors. Develop strategies for recruiting global payers and advisors. Train team members on market access topics across various regions. Assist the commercial team in identifying new business opportunities. Key Skills and Requirements: Experience in the pharmaceutical, biotech, or medical device industry. Knowledge of pricing, market access, and health economics. Understanding of global healthcare systems and assessments. Ability to lead and inspire teams. Willingness to travel internationally. Proficiency in foreign languages is a plus.
