We are working with a leading multinational organisation that is seeking a dynamic and experienced Finance Department Manager to take ownership of its Order-to-Cash (O2C) transformation across the European region. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead strategic finance transformation initiatives while overseeing day-to-day operations. You’ll work closely with both in-house teams and an offshore Shared Services partner to deliver consistency, performance, and continuous improvement across a complex, multi-country finance function.
Key Responsibilities:
- Own the end-to-end O2C process across Europe
- Manage and lead onshore teams and offshore Shared Services delivery
- Act as the key process lead for transformation and finance system projects
- Standardise and optimise processes, driving automation and efficiency
- Ensure robust governance and compliance with SOX and audit standards
- Collaborate with senior stakeholders across Finance, IT, and Operations
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Significant experience in O2C process ownership within a large multinational
