We are seeking a self-motivated individual to join a dynamic team supporting various projects and joint ventures. The candidate should enjoy working with diverse stakeholders and possess financial administration experience along with strong Excel skills.
Main Purpose of the Role- Manage all financial administration related to Turner & Townsend Defence projects in coordination with the Finance Manager.
- Coordinate the collection of timesheets, project deliverables, and client approvals to facilitate invoicing.
- Follow up on aged debts to ensure timely cash collection and reconcile all cash receipts.
- Assist with financial and project-related queries from clients and suppliers.
- Administer and analyze large volumes of sales invoices with meticulous attention to detail.
- File and archive financial documents appropriately.
- Support the Finance team with ad-hoc tasks as needed.
This role reports to the Finance Manager and offers flexible working arrangements.
Key Performance Indicators- Sales invoices are produced accurately, efficiently, and within deadlines.
- Key information and data are maintained accurately.
- Foster positive working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including project teams, clients, and suppliers.
- Proficiency in Excel and Word.
- Possession of AAT, CIMA, ACCA (PQ), or equivalent finance experience.
- UK Security Clearance is required; therefore, applicants must be UK nationals.
