A passionate Spa Therapist is required to join our team of therapists providing a full range of facials, manicures, pedicures and body treatments, with a focus on ensuring guests have an amazing experience. Our 25 therapists are selected to provide the very best treatments, supported by a Reservation and Spa Reception team and our experienced Spa Manager, Nicola. As well as excellent facilities, we offer training, development and progression opportunities to match.
As a Spa Therapist you will:
- Offer a full range of technical facial and body treatments during your shift
- Meet and greet the client on arrival
- Take the guest through the customer journey
- Explain the treatment to be performed
- Ensure the treatment is offered to the clients' requirements
- Discuss retail products and beauty regime to enhance guests' experience following their treatment
- Offer refreshments in the relaxation area on conclusion of the treatment
- Liaise with Spa Receptionists to ensure correct billing
Requirements:
- Shifts include: 9.45am - 6.15pm, 10.45am - 7.15pm, 11.45am - 8.15pm
- 40 hrs over 5 days
- NVQ Level 2 and Level 3 Beauty Therapy, or equivalent, is essential
- Completion of a trade test with the Spa Manager prior to recruitment
