We are recruiting dedicated Learning Support Assistants (LSAs) and Teaching Assistants (TAs) for a number of primary and secondary schools across Kent and Essex starting in September 2025.

We re Looking For:

• A genuine passion for supporting children and young people
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Previous experience in a school or childcare setting (desirable but not essential)
• Relevant qualifications (e.g., Level 2/3 TA, CACHE, or equivalent) are advantageous
• A proactive and positive attitude with a willingness to learn
