About the Role
Weβre looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Warehouse Operations Assistant to support our growing business. This hybrid role involves handling daily order dispatch, managing inventory, and assisting with general business operations. You will play a key part in keeping our logistics running smoothly while also having the opportunity to get involved in wider projects across the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Order Fulfilment & Inventory Control
- Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders with speed and accuracy
- Perform monthly stock counts and regular stock intake
- Monitor and report stock discrepancies or low levels
- Customer Support
- Respond to basic product queries via email and ticketing systems
- Flag complex issues or suspicious orders to your manager
- Reporting & Problem-Solving
- Share weekly insights on stock movements and sales trends
- Support with troubleshooting logistics or system issues
- Business Operations & Team Support
- Assist in product launches, website updates, and content creation
- Take part in events, conferences, and company team sessions
- Provide ideas and feedback to streamline operations
Who Weβre Looking For
- Detail-focused and organised with a hands-on mindset
- Comfortable lifting and carrying up to 15kg in a warehouse setting
- Confident using email, spreadsheets, and basic digital tools
- Proactive communicator who can work independently and collaboratively
- Interest or experience in warehouse/logistics processes is a plus
