As a Deputy Head of Technology Support, you will play a key role in providing advanced technical assistance and support to our staff members. You will specialise in cyber security and possess comprehensive knowledge of PowerShell, Windows servers, Azure Active Directory (including Exchange Online, SharePoint, MS365, and Power Automate). As a Deputy Head of Technology Support, you will play a critical role in maintaining the security, availability, and reliability of our organisation's IT infrastructure and cloud services.
