Join a fast-paced, collaborative HR team making real impact across the business. We’re looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented People Operations Associate to support the delivery of key projects and ensure the smooth running of day-to-day operations within our busy HR function. This is a key role within a dynamic HR team, ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment. You’ll play a crucial part in shaping and improving how we operate, from policy reviews to data reporting and systems development to drive operational efficiency.

Benefits:

  • 9am until 5:30pm (Monday to Friday)
  • Fully remote role, but must be able to travel to our Head Office for meetings on occasion
  • 6-12 month contract with a view to the role becoming permanent afterwards

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with the review, development and implementation of HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with employment legislation and best practice.
  • Act as a central point of contact for HR operations, supporting the delivery of an effective and efficient HR service.
  • Assist with the implementation of a new HR Information System (HRIS), acting as a key project assistant—helping with data migration, user testing, and process design.
  • Maintain accurate HR data and oversee regular reporting on workforce metrics, working with the wider team to provide insights to support decision-making.
  • Work closely with the wider HR team to support day-to-day operations including documentation, process improvement, and internal communications.
  • Help coordinate and track progress on HR-led initiatives and action plans.

  • Previous experience in an HR operational or HR support role.
  • Strong organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks and projects at once.
  • Confident with Excel and handling data, with strong attention to detail.
  • Proactive, curious and eager to learn—especially when it comes to new systems and ways of working.
  • A keen eye for detail and a passion for continuous improvement.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

The Finer Details:

  • To be eligible to proceed in our recruitment process, you will need legal entitlement to live and work in the UK (in accordance with the Immigration Asylum and Nationality Act 2006).
  • We’ll need evidence of your right to work in the UK, in the form of: Passport/Birth Certificate, Proof of Address, National Insurance.
  • At some point(s) in your application process, you may be required to interview via video call.
  • Our Employee Assistance Programme offers up to six sessions of support and guidance, via telephone.
  • Company financial commitments to annual eye tests, and glasses, are subject to the terms stated in the company Eye Test Policy.
  • Employee referrals are subject to the terms stated in our Employee Referral Scheme.
  • Holiday entitlement of 30 paid days per annum (pro-rata) includes 22 days plus 8 bank holidays, with a day in lieu given back if employee has to work on a bank holiday.
