The role
Our Business Energy teams supply over 400,000 customer supply points across a broad and diverse client base from micro businesses to large national corporates, providing a unique service to each business with a commitment to keeping our client's interests at heart and helping to control energy costs.
You will:
- Complete change of tenancies for commercial properties.
- Manage workflow to complete work items in line with age profile.
- Make outbound calls to gather the relevant information and update the systems and customer accounts.
- Send information requests to customers and manage responses.
- Receive full training for this complex process.
You have:
- Excellent IT Skills (Using our internal billing systems in addition to standard email, Word, Excel).
- Ability to manage your own workload, work well on your own initiative as well as part of a team.
- A very confident and professional telephone manner.
- Self-sufficiency with excellent attention to detail and strong accuracy.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
