About the Job

  • Supporting the Head of CRM & Consumer Data to deliver a compelling omnichannel CRM customer activation and retention strategy to increase engagement, retention, and CLTV.
  • Managing the execution of all automated lifecycle campaigns, reporting on performance, and analyzing customer drivers and behaviours to meet key commercial targets.
  • Working closely with the CRM and Digital teams, supporting revenue and engagement goals, managing relationships with partners like Wunderkind, and enhancing the Club Clarins loyalty programme.
  • Playing a key role in identifying CRM innovations and supporting omnichannel initiatives to drive customer engagement.

About you:

  • Commercially aware with a passion for industry trends.
  • Highly organized, able to multi-task and adapt to shifting priorities.

  • Eager to grow in a company genuinely committed to responsible beauty.
  • Minimum 3 years’ CRM experience in retail or e-commerce.
  • Proven experience in creating email campaigns, including triggered multi-touch journeys across email and other CRM channels.
  • Able to draw strategic conclusions and recommendations from data confidently.
  • Strong storytelling and copywriting skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.

Preferred qualifications:

  • Experience with loyalty programmes is a plus but not essential.
