This is an exciting opportunity to join our wonderful Retail team in our beautiful and brand-new Torquay Harbour Boutique.

What You’ll Bring

You will need a creative “can-do” attitude, and a proactive approach. You will have a genuine passion for retail inside and out, bringing your personality and creative flair to this role. Reporting to the Director of Retail, you will be supported by and manage a small team, creating a smooth-running operation that reinforces the reputation of Rowcroft within the community. You’ll provide a bespoke shopping experience to customers, whilst delivering exceptional customer service. A thorough knowledge of fashion brands, styles and trends is paramount to this role, enabling you to create an exciting and vibrant environment. Previous fashion retail experience desirable, as well as exceptional visual merchandising skills with the ability to curate creative and eye-catching window displays.
