Job Title: Assistant Project Manager Balance of Plan – (Civils) Contract Type: Full-time, permanent Location: London: Minimum 3 days a week in the office (with occasional travel to Suffolk ).Please note that this role will eventually become site based, with offices located in Ipswich, Suffolk, in 2026* Salary: From £38,000 -£48,000 depending on experience, plus bonus and other benefits Benefits include: Annual Leave: 28 days per annum, increasing to 30 days after 5 years of service, plus bank holidays. As an Assistant Project Manager- BOP, you will work with both the Senior Project Manager and Project Manager in developing the strategy for delivering the Civil Works to cost, schedule and quality within the agreed constraints. The works will include setting and implementing strategies for Design Management, Management of the Early Contractor Involvement Contract, Procurement & Commercial Management. Ideally, you’ll bring experience from civil engineering or a regulated sector such as Aviation, Water, or Rail. As an Assistant Project Manager, strong communication skills are essential. You’ll be building relationships across the business, asking the right questions, and gathering the insights needed to help make each project a success.
