Claims Adjuster - Professional Liability (London Area)

Eames Consulting is working closely with a global insurer who are looking to appoint a Claims Adjuster within their Professional Liability team. This individual will be responsible for handling a mixed caseload of international Professional Liability claims, with a focus on D&O and Transactional Liability claims. Responsibilities: To ensure that claims submitted are processed efficiently, and in accordance with agreed service levels from first notification through to resolution To manage and oversee service providers, such as solicitors, while formulating strategies for effective claim resolution. To communicate and coordinate with brokers, co-insurers, and customers on matters related to claims. Collaborate with Senior Management as well as Underwriting teams to ensure seamless business operations and effective communication across all areas of the organisation.
