Our PE backed software client require an Interim Financial Controller for 6 months initially. Reporting into the CFO and with offices near Birmingham the expectation is that you would spend 3 days on site per week. Overnight expenses can be covered if required. Key Responsibilities: Lead and support the rollout of a new ERP system, embedding best practice processes and improving data integrity and reporting Own balance sheet management, ensuring revenue is correctly recognised and reporting is accurate and accessible Manage and mentor a small finance team, driving continuous improvement, automation, and greater efficiency Oversee cyclical controllership duties, including monthly close, year-end, and audit preparation Candidate Profile: Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) Experience within a B2B or software/tech business is advantageous Strong background in private equity-backed or fast-growth business environments Hands-on approach with experience managing lean finance teams and engaging confidently with senior stakeholders Eton Bridge Partners receives extensive applications to advertised opportunities, and as much as we endeavour to respond promptly to each application we would advise that if you have not received communication within 10 working days consider your application unsuccessful at this time.
