Finance Transformation and Automation Consultant (London Area)

Financial Transformation and Automation Consultant A fast-growing international company is transforming their Finance function and Financial Systems landscape. The company is scaling quickly and is looking to identify and implement scaleable solutions to support their continued growth. They are therefore looking for an experienced Financial Systems Consultant with strong Finance Process Automation experience to transform finance proecsses, and identify and deploy finance automation tools. What will I be doing? Finance Business Analysis and process harmonisation and improvement initiatives Automate finance and accounting processes, leveraging finance automation tools and financial systems Work with accounting teams and finance stakeholders to map as-is and define to-be processes Finance process harmonisation, standardisation with a focus on efficiency Leverage technologies including RPA and AI to automate key processes wherever possible Change Management: drive adoption for the new way of working within finance and accounting teams and provide end user support Support training of best practice in RPA and Automation tools What skills and background will I require? Experienced Finance Transformation Consultant with strong Financial systems and automation experience Cloud ERP systems experience (e.g. Workday, MS Dynamics BC, D365, Oracle Cloud, Netsuite or similar) Prior experience with Process Automation (RPA) tools e.g. Power Automate, UI Path, Blue Prism, Power Automate, Blackline or similar Experience automating a range of finance processes e.g. AP, Bank Reconciliations and a proactive approach to identify new areas for improvement Technical skills highly desirable e.g. Programming skills in VBA, Access, .NET, Java, SQL or Python and related skills, with a specific focus on developing Bots Location: Remote, UK or Europe with international travel in Europe 6 months contract Apply via LinkedIn or contact: jamie@systemsaccountants.com SystemsAccountants is a specialist Headhunter in the area of ERP, EPM and Business Intelligence across Business Sectors.
