We are looking for an experienced Senior Claims Assessor, proficient in Income Protection, Life, and Critical Illness, to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of our customers while advancing your career with a global leader in the insurance industry.
Working Hours: This role is available on a part-time, job-share, or full-time basis.
Location: Swindon (including hybrid) or full home working option available.

What will you be doing?
- Evaluate and assess claims in accordance with policy terms and conditions.
- Review medical reports, employment records, and other relevant documentation to determine claim validity.
- Communicate effectively with claimants, medical professionals, and internal teams to gather information and provide updates.
- Make fair and timely decisions on claims, ensuring compliance with regulatory and company guidelines.
- Maintain accurate and thorough records of all claims assessments and communications.
- Provide exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Collaborate with team members to share knowledge and best practices.
