Deichmann is extremely proud to announce that we are recruitingfor a Store Manager, for our store in Leeds.

You will join us ona full time, permanent basis and in return will receive a guaranteedsalary of £33,500 + the potential to earn monthly comission and annualbonuses.

This is a reallyexciting opportunity for a successful and ambitious Store Manager tojoin a successful, international retail brand.

Alreadydemonstrating a superior level of performance within their own store,the successful candidate will have the right mix of managerial andtechnical aptitudes in order to drive performance.

You willhave previous experience of working as a Store Manager in fast paced,high volume retail setting.

You must be able to problemsolve and think on your feet, alongside this you will be a peopleperson, have the ability to plan and co-ordinate resources and bepassionate about the delivery of exceptional customer service.

Key activities:

• Motivate and coach the teamto deliver excellent customer service
• Lead by example inpromoting and recommending complimentary shoe care products,demonstrating confidence with selling and excellent product knowledge,ensuring the very best level of customer service
• Stockmanagement
• Analysing and interpreting sales performancedata and reports
• Making recommendation for ways to improvesales performance, based on analysis of quantitative and qualitativedata and identification of customer insights
• Ensure allcompany standards are implemented and maintained i.e. merchandising,admin
• Delivery of all KPI’s, meeting all company standards
• Recruitment and training of the team

Personal characteristics:

• A hands on leader, withexperience working as a Retail Store Manager
• A positiveflexible approach with a can do attitude
• Energy andenthusiasm, with ability to work under pressure, in a demanding fastpaced environment
• Have the confidence and ability tomotivate, coach and inspire the team
• Highly numerate
• Be methodical, organised and have a structure approach to work
• Be fully flexible across theweek
