We are seeking a highly capable Recruiting Contractor on a 3-month fixed-term contract to support our Global recruitment efforts across the UK and Europe. This individual will focus on full-cycle hiring for roles across the business, including but not limited to Corporate, Medical Comms, Creative; partnering closely with internal stakeholders to attract top agency talent. The ideal candidate has experience in agency recruiting, deep knowledge of medical communications roles, and is comfortable navigating both Workday and Greenhouse ATS platforms. This is a hybrid role based out of London, Manchester or Edinburgh, ideal for someone who can drive results independently and operate with a sense of urgency.

What You’ll Do:

  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for global roles in Medical Affairs, Medical Education, and other capabilities.
  • Source, screen, and present qualified candidates for roles such as Art Directors, medical writers, medical directors, scientific strategists, and account leads.
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand requirements, refine job descriptions, and develop targeted sourcing plans.
  • Maintain candidate records and progress tracking in Workday and Greenhouse.
  • Deliver an excellent candidate experience through timely communication and professional interactions.
  • Report regularly on pipeline activity, time-to-fill, and market insights.

What You Should Have:

  • 6+ years of full-cycle recruitment experience, including 3+ years in an agency setting.
  • Demonstrated success filling corporate and medical communications roles in areas like Medical Affairs and Med Ed.
  • Proficiency with Workday and Greenhouse ATS platforms is essential.
  • Knowledge of the UK and European talent landscape in healthcare communications or life sciences marketing.
  • Ability to work autonomously in a fast-paced, remote-first environment.
  • Strong communication, stakeholder engagement, and organizational skills.
