Location: Ryton on Dunsmore, Coventry – flexible working – office based 3 days per week

About the role:
- To create daily, monthly, and quarterly customer reports.
- Provide stakeholders with accurate reports showing forecasted volumes, collected volume and delivery successes.
- Support the operational requirements of UKMCC.
- Support the creation of ad hoc reports for clients and internal stakeholders.
- Respond to queries within SLA for any reporting or forecasting enquiries.
The ideal candidate will have:
- Strong analytical skills, therefore a working knowledge of Microsoft Word & Excel, being able to analyse, manipulate and present data in an easily understandable way to stakeholders at all levels.
- Excellent communication skills, verbally and in writing.
- Experience in using Power BI & VBA would be a distinct advantage.
