Job Opportunity: Social Worker at Family Centre

We are seeking a dedicated Social Worker to support the growth and development of our Registered Family Centre in Southampton. The Family Centre comprises 5 self-contained flats, each with its own bathroom and kitchen facilities, along with a separate bungalow that can accommodate an additional 2 families.

Families are referred to the Centre when concerns arise regarding the safety of children within their current family environment. During a 12-week stay, families will receive continuous encouragement, assessment, and guidance, with 24/7 monitoring to promote sustainable, positive parenting changes.

The successful candidate will work 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday.
