We are seeking candidates who consistently strive to provide excellent customer service in sometimes challenging environments. We value individuals who go \’above and beyond\’ to offer solutions tailored to our customers\’ needs.
You should enjoy working with customers and demonstrate a positive, can-do attitude, along with tolerance, sympathy, and understanding when necessary.
A category C or C+E driving licence is essential.
A current digital tachograph card is also required. Preference will be given to those who have completed the necessary 35 hours of CPC training.
All candidates will be subject to enhanced CRB checks.

The Role

The role involves vehicle recovery following breakdowns or accidents, primarily within a 100 km radius, although longer recoveries to any UK destination may be required.
Our comprehensive induction training covers all aspects of the role and provides an industry-recognised basic qualification.
We attend breakdowns in all weather conditions; therefore, candidates should be prepared to work outdoors and in difficult conditions to recover customers\’ vehicles.
This position involves a rotating shift pattern, including days and nights, with on-call duties.
