Description of the role:- Leading the development of products by exploring new designs, materials and techniques.
- Working closely with the production team and technical service team to identify challenges.
- Ensuring tooling and material flows support your design ideas.
- Creating functional models and mock-up designs to test design concepts.
- Choosing new materials and optimising them for production processes.
- Ensuring all designs and materials align with the performance goals of the product.
- Experience in 3D, AutoCAD and Solidworks.
- Bachelor's degree in industrial design, product design or mechanical engineering.
- Experience with product testing, performance evaluations and applying feedback.
