Job Description:

We are offering an exciting opportunity in our children’s homes for Residential Support Workers. We seek caring and compassionate individuals eager to make a positive difference in children\’s lives.

– Full-time and bank contracts available
– Basic pay of £11.92 to £12.54 per hour, plus sleep-in payments (based on 8-10 sleep-ins per month)
– Paid annual leave
– Monthly rota system
– Work on public holidays including Christmas and New Year, celebrating with the children!
– Flexible shifts with sleep-ins (essential), hours vary by location
– Must be 21 or older due to Ofsted regulations
– No prior experience needed

– Overtime paid at x1.25
– Fully paid 10-day induction course
