Responsibilities:
- Selling new luxury homes to prospective buyers, both domestic and international.
- Providing clients with detailed information about the site, properties and any further knowledge about the local area and wider market.
- Developing and maintaining strong relationships with potential/prospective buyers, guiding them through the entire sales process and ensuring both a smooth transition and exceptional journey.
Salaries are competitive, with a realistic and achievable OTE, additional performance related bonuses, and clearly defined paths for progression and advancement.
