Job Description

We are looking for an ambitious and capable chef to run our cafe kitchen.

As a local independent we offer you the chance to really make an impact on the business. You'll be a key part of a small and friendly team the works hard because they love what they do!

The job:

A full time (40-45 hours a week) chef to work alongside others but also run solo shifts in our cafe. You will be responsible for maintaining food standards, ordering, food hygiene and cleaning in our small but busy kitchen.

What you'll bring to the role:

>A friendly personality with a willingness to grow

>Experience working in a similar position (not essential but helpful)

>Good organisational and hygiene skills

>Reliability and punctuality

>A good practical way of working and the ability to follow recipes, and complete heath and safety paperwork

>The ability to work alone and as part of a team
