You’ll support the global workforce by providing 1st and 2nd line IT support, managing Windows and Linux systems, handling networking issues, and contributing to key IT projects.
What you’ll be doing:
- Providing IT support via phone and remote tools
- Troubleshooting Windows 10/11, Server 2016+, and networking issues
- Supporting hardware deployment and patch management
- Assisting with Linux systems and internal projects
What you’ll bring:
- 2+ years' IT support experience
- Strong knowledge of Windows OS & Server, networking, Microsoft 365
