With over 200 users and a busy IT environment, they’re looking to bring on an IT Help Desk Support to provide essential 1st and 2nd line support across the business. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with a passion for IT support and a strong desire to grow within a hands-on, supportive team.
Location: This is an onsite role, Monday - Friday 8am-5pm near their site situated not far from Margate, Kent.
What does the role involve?
- Delivering 1st and 2nd line support to end users across desktop, network, and business systems
- Managing helpdesk tickets and ensuring timely resolution of issues
- Installing, maintaining, and upgrading IT hardware and software
- Setting up and removing user accounts in line with company policies
- Maintaining accurate asset and support documentation
- Participating in a weekend support rota (typically 1 in 4)
What we’re looking for:
- Experience in an IT support role (ideally 1st/2nd line in a busy environment)
- Working knowledge of Windows OS and Microsoft Office
- Excellent communication skills with a strong customer service focus
