Job Description: Junior Sous Chef

You will support the Head Chef and Sous Chef in delivering excellent service across 14 shifts, ensuring proper prep and high-quality dish execution.

What We Are Looking For

• Experienced Junior Sous Chef or an experienced Chef ready to take the next step
• Experience working with fresh ingredients and strong kitchen skills (food prep, knife skills, hygiene, etc.)
• Excellent communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
• Self-motivated with the ability to work efficiently with limited supervision
• Knowledge of allergens, kitchen essentials, and food safety best practices
