The Opportunity:
Our client is a leading, dynamic, and award-winning Real Estate Company based in Manchester city centre, with developments across the Northwest, from city centres to suburbs and emerging areas. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Residential Sales Manager to join a successful organisation at an exciting growth stage.
Role Functions:
- Manage the Sales Department and achieve targets.
- Analyze current and future markets to identify trends.
- Develop sales strategies for the business and developments.
- Contribute to the company\’s business strategy as part of the Senior Management Team.
- Establish and improve sales budgeting, forecasting, and reporting models.
- Lead strategic sales initiatives.
- Recruit and train sales team members.
- Manage sales handover and aftercare to achieve 90%+ client satisfaction.
- Ensure show homes are designed to high standards reflecting the company\’s brand.
The Person:
- Estate Agent experience (5-10+ years) with senior role experience.
- Strong marketing skills, understanding of new build developments, and promotional strategies.
- Experience in new homes sales, not necessarily at senior management level.
- Focus on customer satisfaction and repeat business.
- Business acumen and property market understanding.
- Collaborate with the Managing Director on new residential and development concepts from idea to delivery.
