About The Role
We’re on the hunt for a creative, content-obsessed Social Media Manager who lives and breathes fitness. This isn’t your average desk job, we want someone who’s equally comfortable editing ad campaigns as they are filming a quick gym reel mid-workout.
You’ll be the digital voice of Kulture Training Club building hype across social platforms, managing paid ads, optimising SEO, and crafting content that truly connects with our growing community. Bonus points if you’re already that friend who films everyone’s gym sets and edits TikToks before the post-workout protein hits.
Key Responsibilities
- Own the daily grind of our social profiles — IG, TikTok, YouTube, and Facebook.
- Post, schedule, and engage to grow the vibe and the audience.
- Be quick on the replies — build those member and follower connections.
- Shoot and edit scroll-stopping photo, video, and graphic content that fits each platform perfectly.
- Use Canva, Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Premiere Pro), or your fave tools to bring ideas to life.
- Keep all content in sync with Kulture’s bold, confident brand voice.
- Capture that raw gym energy — from sessions and events to member transformations.
- Edit content with platform goals in mind — high reach, high engagement.
- Optimise web and social content so we show up where it counts.
- Track trends and keywords to keep strategy tight.
- Plan, run, and fine-tune paid ad campaigns across Google, Facebook, Insta, and TikTok.
- Monitor the data, tweak campaigns, and get the best bang for our marketing buck.
- Work closely with the General Manager and team to brainstorm and execute killer strategies.
- Dive into analytics and adjust campaigns for constant improvement.
- Keep tabs on what competitors are doing and stay two steps ahead.
- Be a visible face in the gym, hyping up the community and turning everyday moments into content gold.
- Stay on top of fitness trends, UGC strategies, and digital best practices.
- Identify and collab with influencers, creators, and ambassadors who align with our mission.
About You
We’re looking for someone who’s equal parts strategic marketer and passionate gym rat. You’re not just watching fitness trends you are the trend. You film your own workouts, know how to capture that perfect lighting in the squat rack, and you genuinely care about building a brand that inspires people to move.
Must-haves:
- 1–2 years’ experience in marketing, social media, or content creation.
- SEO know-how and keyword strategy.
- Paid ads experience (Meta, Google, TikTok, etc).
- Comfortable with Canva, Adobe Suite, or your go-to editing software.
- Strong videography and editing skills for short-form content.
- Analytical mindset — you love tweaking and tracking performance.
