What You Will Do
We are expanding rapidly and adding an Enterprise Account Executive to our Enterprise Sales Team. Your role will be to introduce potential clients to the value of the Scientific Data Cloud. You should be comfortable building a territory, segmenting target lists, leading large account acquisition campaigns, and managing stakeholders to close deals. You will also be responsible for creating, managing, and delivering engagement processes for your focus accounts. As an Enterprise Account Executive, you will be team-oriented, collaborative, and highly committed to customer success. The ideal candidate is forward-thinking, passionate about selling complex data platforms, and capable of explaining how these platforms handle ingestion, harmonization, orchestration, and enable the path to AI/ML.
Our success depends on collaboration, and you will receive strong support from various internal and external teams.
- Spearhead growth and adoption of TetraScience Scientific Data Cloud
- Manage the full sales cycle from prospecting and qualifying to closing
- Uncover new opportunities within existing customers and target accounts
- Provide accurate forecasts and maintain visibility on sales and revenue by actively managing your pipeline
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Legal, Engineering, Marketing, Product) to navigate complex sales cycles
- Participate in team development and mentoring
- Deliver compelling presentations of TetraScience Data Integration Products to diverse audiences, including R&D IT, Scientists, Directors, VPs, CDOs, and Digital Transformation Executives
- Travel to customer sites and events to promote TetraScience\’s products

Requirements
What You Have Done
- 5+ years of sales experience in Cloud Data and Life Sciences software
- Experience selling and translating complex data platforms to enterprise customers, handling ingestion, harmonization, orchestration, and AI/ML enablement
- Proven success closing $1M+ SaaS sales and managing large accounts
- Familiarity with all sales cycle stages: Prospecting, Qualifying, Presenting, Demonstrating, POC, Negotiation, and Closing
- Training in modern sales methodologies (e.g., MEDDIC, Challenger Sales)
- Experience with digital sales tools (Salesforce, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo, SalesLoft) and social selling
- Strong forecasting and time management skills
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to adapt to a dynamic environment
- Drive for success and career development
- Biotech, Life Sciences, or Big Pharma domain expertise is a plus
