Main Responsibilities of the Role:

• Report to Department Director
• Handle casework related to Immigration law, including client consultations, instructions, and advocacy
• Manage correspondence and prepare legal documents and applications
• Assist with funding applications and maintain accurate records
• Attend conferences and court proceedings
• Ensure compliance with file management and legal standards

Key Skills Required:

• Experience in publicly funded Immigration Law
• Law degree and relevant legal experience
• Understanding of Immigration Laws
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• IT proficiency with Microsoft Office
• Team player, self-motivated, professional
